We are not beside the airport, and we are honest about timing: we open at 10 AM Tuesday to Thursday and 9 AM Friday to Sunday, and we are closed Mondays, so we suit late-morning, afternoon and evening departures best, not dawn flights.

How to time your pre-flight breakfast
Work backwards from your departure. Allow about 15 minutes for the drive from our door to YEG, plus the airport check-in and security time your airline recommends. That makes a 10 AM weekday opening comfortable for an early-afternoon flight, and a 9 AM weekend opening comfortable for a late-morning flight. If your flight is very early, have dinner with us the evening before instead — lunch and dinner run until 10 PM most nights, with burgers, pizza, pasta, steaks and seafood — and travel on a good meal from the night before.
On Sundays, brunch is served from our regular menu — we open at 9 AM on Sundays. All-you-can-eat buffets are special occasions only, not a weekly Sunday offering.
