Meet our executive chef and Founder of Cravings and Delight, Chef Kamal Bajaj.
Chef Kamal Bajaj is a highly experienced culinary professional with over 21 years in the field. A diploma holder in Culinary Arts from IHM Pusa in New Delhi, India, and a Red Seal certified chef, CANADA, he has achieved numerous awards in culinary competitions in Dubai. Chef Bajaj is known for his strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Worked as a chef at many reputed places in Edmonton (Fort Edmonton park, NAIT, La Ronde, Edmonton country club) & DUBAI Madinat Jumeirah Chef Kamal is Passionate about creating flawless food, he skillfully combines modern cooking techniques with traditional styles, ensuring every diner leaves happy.

Mona Bajaj has been in the industry for over 25 years worked in Dubai, USA and now is in Canada. Her vast experience in front and back of the house is a true asset to Cravings And Delight. Mona has worked with Seven Star Bruj Al Arab, Dubai, Hyatt Hotel, Olive Garden, Boston Pizza, St. Louis and the list goes on. Mona is bringing a wealth of insight and knowledge that will be a tremendous asset to our team. Her dedication and focus are complemented by her certification in professional bartending, making her exceptionally skilled in delivering high-quality service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
