Cravings And Delight Fulfillment Policy
Please note: We do not ship food or physical products via mail.
We offer local dine-in, takeout, and delivery services directly from our kitchen to your table. Below are the terms and conditions regarding how we fulfill your orders.
1. Takeout / Pickup
  • Preparation Time: Online and phone orders are typically ready for pickup within [e.g., 20–30] minutes from the time the order is confirmed, unless a later pickup time is scheduled.
  • Pickup Window: We highly recommend picking up your food at the designated time to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
  • Unclaimed Orders: Food that is not picked up within [e.g., 1 hour] of the scheduled time will be discarded. Because our food is made-to-order and perishable, unclaimed orders are not eligible for a refund. [1]
2. Local Delivery
  • Delivery Areas: We offer local delivery within a 5 km radius of our restaurant. 
  • Delivery Fees: Direct orders are subject to a $5 delivery fee
  • Estimated Wait Times: Standard delivery times range from 30-45 minutes, depending on order volume, traffic, and weather conditions. 
  • Contactless Delivery: If requested, our drivers can leave your food at your doorstep. We are not responsible for the food’s temperature or safety once the driver leaves the premises.
3. Third-Party Apps (If Applicable)
  • Orders placed via platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or SkipTheDishes are fulfilled subject to the delivery terms, fees, and timelines set by those specific platforms
