I am a Red Seal Certified Chef Kamal Bajaj, with over 23 years of experience bringing global flavours to Canadian fusion, my journey has always been about one thing–

Behind every smooth service, warm smile, and happy guest is my wife and General Manager, Mona. She is the soul of our hospitality- managing the front of house, taking care of our guests, and. making sure every family who walks in feels at home. While I am in the kitchen crafting the food, Mona makes sure you feel the delight. 

Together, we started Cravings and Delight with a simple dream: to create a place in Edmonton where families, friends and neighbours can come together for fresh high Quality, affordable meals — from hearty Breakfasts and Juicy Burgers to vegan options. chef- special desserts and late night bites.
